JJM Fire Consultants Ltd provides a full range of fire engineering services for new build, refurbishment, and change of use projects. Our fire engineering team works with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and project teams to develop engineered fire safety solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and practical project constraints. Services include fire strategy development and review, performance-based fire safety design, structural fire engineering input, smoke control and ventilation design, means of escape analysis and travel distance calculations, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modelling, evacuation modelling, external fire spread assessments, fire safety input to Building Regulations and planning applications, and design review from a fire safety perspective.
